Senior Engineer, Process Integration, NAND NTI
Role Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and implementing process solutions to improve next-generation 3D NAND product yield, quality, cost, and performance. Work within the Singapore R&D Process Integration team and lead module development from R&D through technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
Experience Level
Senior β requires practical experience. Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor industry experience in process areas or process integration is specified.
Responsibilities
Lead technical ownership and improvement of one or more 3D NAND process modules and coordinate cross-functional activities to enable timely, low-error project execution.
- Own module specifications, process requirements, and a continual improvement plan.
- Set strategic direction, goals, and metrics for the module development team.
- Design and execute device and process experiments; analyze data and report statistically supported conclusions.
- Identify and resolve structural, electrical, and reliability issues early using model-based approaches and process control.
- Optimize structural development, electrical performance, parametrics, and manufacturability.
- Drive material selection and transition from research into production.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for tapeouts, flow changes, lot management, and technology transfer.
- Generate innovations and patent disclosures; support technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
- Communicate project status, influence decisions, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Requirements
Core skills and experience required or strongly preferred.

Nice-to-have: In-depth knowledge of NAND devices, NAND process flow, and common yield & reliability issues.
Education Requirements
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
