Senior Engineer — Process Development, Photolithography (NAND)
The Senior Engineer performs hands-on photolithography process development for advanced NAND memory technology, driving experiments, data analysis, and yield improvement activities. The role operates within a process development team and collaborates with integration, etch, metrology, and yield engineering.
Primary focus is execution excellence: designing and running experiments, analyzing results, and translating findings into process improvements for development and early manufacturing ramps.
