Senior Engineer - Mixed Signal
Role Summary
Senior Mixed-Signal Engineer based in Pune (Blue Ridge - Hinjewadi). Responsible for design, simulation, verification, and silicon bring-up support for analog and mixed-signal blocks within SoC/ASIC projects. Works within the Engineering Services team and collaborates with digital, layout and test teams to deliver production-ready IP and silicon.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include:
- Design and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits (amplifiers, data converters, PLLs, I/O, etc.).
- Develop and run circuit simulations using SPICE and Cadence tool flows; iterate designs to meet specifications.
- Prepare test plans and perform lab characterization, silicon bring-up, and debug at board and chip level.
- Collaborate with layout, digital, firmware, and system teams to ensure correct integration and timing.
- Perform failure analysis and support corrective actions during bring-up and release phases.
- Document designs, create release packages, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
Key qualifications and skills.
- Must-have: Hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design and verification; proficiency with SPICE-based simulation and Cadence tool flow.
- Experience with lab measurements, oscilloscope/logic analyzer use, and board-level debug.
- Familiarity with layout constraints, DRC/LVS issues, and interactions with layout engineers.
- Proficiency with scripting (e.g., Python) and version-control workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Nice-to-have: SoC integration experience, low-power design techniques, automotive or safety-standard exposure.
