Senior Engineer, Metals/Films/Implant — Advanced DRAM
Member of the Technology Development team responsible for metals and thin‑film etch process development for advanced DRAM. The role owns wet and vapor etch processes, drives experiments and data analysis, and works with integration and partner process teams to meet yield, performance, and scaling targets.
Works cross-functionally to influence technology roadmaps, translate research into manufacturable processes, and protect intellectual property.
Senior — typically requires about 5 years of relevant industry or graduate research experience.
