Senior Engineer - HBM Verification

Role Summary

The Senior Engineer - HBM Verification is responsible for leading verification efforts within complex full chip custom designs. The role involves collaboration with design and verification teams globally and working on cross-functional tasks to enhance skill sets.

Experience Level

Senior level; 5+ years of experience in pre-silicon verification.

Responsibilities

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

• Guide the verification effort within areas of expertise across projects.
• Provide verification support to design projects through simulation, analysis, and debugging of pre-silicon full chip designs.
• Develop test cases and stimulus to enhance functional coverage for HBM memory architectures.
• Participate in developing verification methodology for advanced HBM and emerging memory products.
• Collaborate internationally to develop new verification flows.
• Maintain test benches and test vectors using simulation tools and run regressions for coverage analysis.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in pre-silicon verification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in establishing and simulating verification environments.
• Understanding of digital circuits, simulation, troubleshooting, and evaluation.
• Ability to guide and direct verification efforts.
• Experience in developing test cases to increase functional coverage.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High-level understanding of UVM.
• Knowledge of DFT features.
• Exposure to critical timing and data path timing analysis.
• Experience with complete ownership of verification processes.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field is required.
