Senior Engineer, Digital Design Engineering
Role Summary
Lead block-level digital design and verification for complex integrated circuits. Work within the digital design engineering team to deliver timing- and power-optimized blocks, mentor junior engineers, and interact with customers to define technical requirements.
Position focuses on block architecture, timing closure, power optimization, mixed-signal integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience Level
Senior — preferred 5–8 years of relevant digital design engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include block-level design, verification, and customer interaction.
- Lead block-level digital designs and verification activities.
- Develop and implement complex digital systems focused on performance.
- Ensure timing closure and optimize power for critical design blocks.
- Integrate digital blocks in mixed-signal environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Interface with customers to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for cohesive system design.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
- Work day shift / first shift.
Requirements

- Advanced expertise in complex digital circuit design and implementation.
- Strong capability in achieving timing closure on complex designs.
- Practical experience optimizing digital designs for power efficiency.
- Experience with mixed-signal integration and interfacing digital blocks with analog environments.
- Competence in block-level digital architecture design and implementation.
- Thorough understanding of digital verification methodologies and tools.
- Customer-facing communication skills and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Nice-to-have:
- 5–8 years relevant experience (preferred).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
