Senior Engineer, Digital Design Engineering
Role Summary
Lead block-level digital design and verification efforts for complex digital systems within the digital design engineering team based in Istanbul. Responsible for timing closure, power optimization, mixed-signal integration, customer interaction, and mentoring junior engineers. This role requires approximately 10% travel.
Experience Level
Senior; typically 5–8 years of relevant digital design engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver and verify block-level digital designs and collaborate across functions to meet performance, timing, and power targets.
- Lead block-level digital design and verification activities.
- Develop and implement complex digital systems focused on performance and power efficiency.
- Ensure timing closure for critical design blocks.
- Optimize digital designs for power consumption.
- Integrate digital blocks with analog/mixed-signal environments.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Interface with customers to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive system design.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
