Role Summary
Design Engineer in the FLASH Group responsible for design and validation of the on-chip controller and mixed-signal circuitry for NAND flash products. The role covers architecture and product definition, detailed transistor-level design, system integration, and verification across digital, analog, and mixed-signal domains.
Work includes RTL design and implementation for controller hardware, firmware development for internal NAND operations, and full-chip Verilog validation.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical design, verification, and integration of controller and mixed-signal circuitry for NAND flash devices.
- Define architecture and product requirements for on-chip controllers.
- Perform detailed transistor-level and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Develop test plans and execute system integration and verification.
- Implement RTL for controller hardware and perform full-chip Verilog validation.
- Develop firmware for internal NAND operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product on schedule and meet specifications.
Requirements

- Must-have: Strong knowledge of Verilog and digital logic fundamentals.
- Must-have: Basic understanding of analog circuits and mixed-mode design/validation.

- Must-have: Scripting experience (TCL or PERL).
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience with non-volatile memory design, especially NAND Flash.
