Role Summary
Senior member of the ASIC verification team responsible for developing UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments and delivering verification closure for complex IP and subsystem designs. Works with design teams to define and execute verification plans, debug failures, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities
Primary duties include development, execution, and debugging of verification environments and plans.
- Develop UVM-based SystemVerilog testbenches and verification components.
- Plan and execute block- and sub-system-level verification activities and quality metrics.
- Perform constrained-random verification and functional coverage closure.
- Debug complex design and verification failures; perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate verification and resolve issues.
- Use Micron-approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity.
- Communicate technical status and results clearly in both written and verbal form.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes; nice-to-have items listed separately.
- Must-have: Expert-level experience developing UVM-based SystemVerilog testbenches and IP-level verification.
- Must-have: Experience defining block and sub-system verification plans and using verification methodologies, flows, and quality metrics.
- Must-have: Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Must-have: Experience programming in Python.
- Must-have: Strong leadership and communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts.
- Nice-to-have: FPGA verification experience or additional verification toolchain experience.
- Nice-to-have: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
Education Requirements
M.S. or B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
