Senior Emulation Engineer
Role Summary
Senior member of the Consulting team based in New Cairo delivering emulation-based solutions to customers across telecommunications, automotive, machine learning and other domains. Architect and implement emulation flows using Siemens DISW tools, collaborate with customers and sales, and provide technical consulting services and onsite deployments.

Senior — 6+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver and support emulation-based consulting engagements for external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a global team of consultants and subject-matter experts.
- Engage with customers and sales to identify business needs and technical requirements.
- Architect and implement solutions using Siemens DISW emulation tools and methodologies.
- Define, develop and deliver consulting services, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Develop design mapping, testbench mapping, and transactors for emulation targets.
- Provide hardware/software debugging and validation for emulation deployments.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.
- Travel internationally for short- and long-term customer assignments as required.
Requirements

- Must-have: 6+ years of relevant work experience in emulation/verification or related fields.
- Must-have: Practical experience with emulation flows using Veloce/VPS for compilation and runtime.
- Must-have: Strong knowledge of design mapping, testbench mapping, and transactor development.
- Must-have: Expertise in hardware/software debugging solutions related to Veloce emulation.
- Must-have: Proficiency in HDLs (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and HVLs (SystemVerilog/UVM) for verification.
- Must-have: Good understanding of functional verification and RTL synthesis.
- Must-have: Knowledge of standard interfaces such as PCIe, AMBA, UCIe, and/or DDR.
- Must-have: Scripting experience with Python, Shell, and/or Perl; strong communication and presentation skills.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with data center hosting and cloud-based solutions.
- Nice-to-have: Consulting experience and ability to promote technical offerings to customers.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
