Senior Director, Product Management — ICV DRC (Established Nodes)
Role Summary
Lead product strategy and execution for Synopsys ICV DRC solutions addressing established process nodes and their interaction with advanced nodes in 3D and chiplet designs. Influence and guide a team of technical product managers, collaborate with R&D and sales, and engage foundries, fabless companies, and IP partners to define roadmap priorities and accelerate adoption.

Responsibilities
Own strategy, requirements, and go-to-market alignment for ICV DRC in established-node and mixed-node 3D/chiplet environments. Work across product management, R&D, sales, and external partners to deliver differentiated DRC solutions.
- Define and execute product strategy for ICV DRC for established process nodes, aligned with advanced nodes and Synopsys ICV objectives.
- Develop technical requirements and collateral to enable customers to design complex mixed-node systems faster using Synopsys DRC offerings.
- Coordinate with Executive Directors and other ICV product managers to set roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Work closely with R&D to advise on Process Design Kit (PDK) and implementation options when requested.
- Engage and train Technical Sales on ICV DRC differentiation and support technical benchmarks that drive revenue.
- Partner with leading customers and ecosystem participants to embed solutions into design flows.
- Drive collaborative initiatives with partners to create unique, competitive DRC solutions.
Requirements
Key qualifications and capabilities required for success in this role.
- 20+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including foundry processes and EDA PDK DRC functions and rules.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams (product management, R&D, sales) globally.
- Established relationships within the semiconductor ecosystem, especially in established-node and mixed-node/3D domains.
- Strong leadership and independent contributor skills: able to lead a team and execute complex projects personally.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve results under time pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage customers and Technical Sales.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required. PhD or MBA is desired.
