- Owning execution quality for complex customer engagements.
- Serving as a trusted partner to customer engineering leadership.
- Driving cross-functional alignment to translate customer challenges into structured strategies.
- Championing the adoption of AI tools within engineering workflows.
- Building, mentoring, and retaining senior technical leaders across a distributed team.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of industry leadership experience in semiconductor technology.
- Proven track record of building high-performing engineering organizations.
- Hands-on experience in SoC development and interface IP development.
- Exceptional executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution.
Education Requirements
