Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Set vision and strategy for the local Applications Engineering team and drive execution.
• Manage, mentor, and recruit engineering and application staff.
• Lead customer technical engagements, demonstrations, and escalations.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with sales to support pre-sales activities, technical proposals, and customer onboarding.
• Define processes and metrics to improve team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications:

• Must-have: Proven leadership managing engineering or applications teams; strong customer-facing and communication skills; experience in semiconductor, EDA, or related domains preferred; ability to work onsite in Bengaluru.
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on technical background with ASIC/FPGA flows, and prior interaction with cross-functional product and sales teams.
