Senior Digital Product and Test Development Engineer

Role Summary

The Product and Test Engineering (PTE) team is seeking Digital Test Engineers to develop test solutions for New Product Introduction, focusing on Silicon Validation and Characterization, as well as Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm SOC products. The role involves collaboration with various engineering disciplines and offers opportunities for specialization in test engineering and adjacent areas.

Experience Level

Senior level position requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Create Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) code/test methods.
• Participate in data reviews and collaborations with Design, DFT, Process, Product, and Manufacturing Engineers.
• Develop solutions for test purposes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Engineer, with hands-on experience on Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/VB/Java/Python.
• Familiarity with Digital Communication concepts and Semiconductor Physics.
• Ability to operate common test equipment including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Education Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree with relevant work experience is acceptable, and a PhD is preferred.
