Role Summary

The Senior DFT Engineer will focus on defining DFT architecture, driving optimization for high performance and efficiency, and supporting post-silicon activities. The role requires collaboration with various engineering teams to enhance DFT methodologies and ensure the successful production of semiconductor products.

Mid-level, with 4-8 years of industry experience in the DFT domain.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining DFT architecture and collaborating with product and test engineering teams.
  • Implementing and optimizing SCAN and MBIST insertion flows.
  • Conducting post-silicon bring-up and supporting failure analysis.
  • Improving DFT methodology to align with industry best practices.
  • Guiding new team members in DFT methodologies and practices.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in DFT, including successful product launches.
  • Hands-on experience with post-silicon activities.
  • Experience with tessent DFT tools is preferred.
  • Strong scripting skills in Perl/Python/TCL and proficiency in HDLs.
  • Familiarity with deep submicron effects and low power implementations.
