Responsibilities

Deliver and review advanced layout work and provide technical leadership for layout-related activities.

• Independently design and implement complex integrated circuit layouts.
• Perform advanced timing extraction and static timing analysis.
• Evaluate process flows, vendor libraries, power usage, and manufacturability.
• Optimize layouts for performance, power, and yield.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Represent the organization on key projects and contribute to architecture and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced IC layout expertise and broad application of layout principles.
• Proficiency with CMOS technologies and EDA/layout tools.
• Experience with static timing analysis and power analysis.
• Process optimization and manufacturability evaluation skills.
• FinFET node (16nm) experience — required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex assignments and mentor others.

• Experience influencing IC architecture decisions and driving process improvements across teams.

Education Requirements
