Senior Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Responsible for unit- and cluster-level verification of high-performance processors and cache-coherent subsystems. Join a small engineering team at an early-stage semiconductor startup and own one or more verification areas.
Work closely with architecture and RTL design teams to deliver production-quality verification and debug complex interactions across architecture, RTL, and testbench layers.

Responsibilities
Deliver verification for processor and cache-coherent components and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute unit- and cluster-level verification plans and testbenches.
- Design, implement, and maintain verification environments and infrastructure.
- Create directed and constrained-random tests to validate processor and coherence features.
- Debug functional issues spanning architecture, RTL, and verification layers.
- Own verification areas end-to-end and report status to architecture and design teams.
- Support integration and subsystem bring-up activities.

- Proven experience in unit/cluster-level verification of complex CPU or cache-coherent subsystems.
- Experience with processor architectures (RISC-V, ARM, MIPS, x86) or cache coherency protocols.
- Strong programming skills in SystemVerilog or C++.
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving startup team and take ownership of verification areas.
Nice-to-have:
- UVM experience.
- Previous processor verification experience.
- Familiarity with assembly language or C programming.
