Senior Design Engineer (SDE-ZW)

Role Summary

Perform semiconductor process and device simulations to support development of advanced shielded-gate power MOSFET devices. Work within the device design team to model, analyze, and optimize device structures and processes for manufacturability and performance.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Role requires significant hands-on experience in semiconductor device and process simulation; approximately 2+ years of related experience is expected for candidates without a PhD.

Responsibilities

The role focuses on simulation-driven device development and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

• Perform semiconductor process and device simulations for shielded-gate power MOSFETs.
• Develop and validate device models to predict electrical behavior and reliability.
• Analyze simulation results to propose device or process optimizations.
• Collaborate with device, process, and test engineers to integrate simulation findings into design iterations.
• Document simulation procedures, results, and recommendations for internal review.

Education Requirements
