Senior Design Engineer
Role Summary
Lead design and delivery of complex electronic products across the full development lifecycle. Depending on background, work will focus on custom silicon/ASIC/semiconductor design or high-performance PCB/electronics design.
Join a senior engineering team of ~12-14 engineers; this role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, and involves ownership from design and verification through testing, manufacturing, and production.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Take technical ownership across the full product development lifecycle for complex electronic and semiconductor products.
- Architect and perform detailed design for custom silicon/ASIC/SoC/IC or for high-performance PCB/electronics depending on assignment.
- Lead verification, testing, and lab board development; support qualification and acceptance testing.
- Work with manufacturing and supply-chain teams to transition designs to production and resolve production issues.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, documentation, and release processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers as needed.

Must-have
- Senior design experience in PCB/electronics or in custom silicon/ASIC/SoC/IC/semiconductor development.
- Practical experience with verification, testing, lab boards, or manufacturing processes within the product lifecycle.
- Proven ability to own complex technical projects and deliver through production.
- Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday at the listed location.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other high-reliability electronics environments.
- Prior exposure to qualification standards, high-reliability testing, or regulated product environments.
