Role Summary

Responsible for architecture, design, implementation, verification, integration, and documentation of digital blocks and SoC infrastructure for mixed-signal wireless System-on-Chip products. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop block specifications and ensure system-level requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Lead design, integration, verification, and documentation activities across digital and SoC domains.

  • Define block-level architecture and specifications; determine partitioning and design approach.
  • Implement RTL for digital blocks following quality guidelines.
  • Integrate digital blocks and IP into SoC infrastructure (bus matrix, memory interfaces, clocking, power and reset management).
  • Integrate mixed-signal and RF IP into the SoC.
  • Perform block-level verification using directed, random, and assertion-based methods.
  • Verify SoC integration and infrastructure; perform mixed-signal modeling and cosimulation for RF/mixed-signal integration.
  • Develop embedded firmware to support SoC integration and validation.
  • Prepare and participate in requirements, architecture, design, and verification reviews; produce customer-facing reference manuals and datasheet material.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital block architecture and RTL implementation.
  • Experience with block-level and SoC verification using directed, random, and assertion-based methodologies.
  • Experience integrating digital blocks and developing SoC infrastructure (bus, memory interfaces, clocking, power and reset domains).
  • Experience with mixed-signal and RF IP integration, including mixed-signal modeling and cosimulation.
  • Experience developing embedded firmware for SoC validation.
  • Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have: experience with low-power wireless SoCs or related IoT/edge connectivity products.
