Senior Data Scientist
Role Summary
Work within semiconductor manufacturing teams to apply data science, statistical modeling, and automation to improve yield and process performance at Fab 10A, Singapore. The role partners with process, integration, and equipment engineers to analyze fabrication data, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights.
This position focuses on building data pipelines, applying advanced analytics and machine learning to manufacturing data, and delivering dashboards and reports that drive defect reduction and yield improvement.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include data analysis, modeling, automation, and communicating results to engineering stakeholders.
- Yield & Process Optimization: Analyze inline, param, and probe data to identify top yield detractors and drive continuous improvement with engineering teams.
- Data Pipeline & Automation: Extract, cleanse, and automate processing of datasets from SQL, sensor networks, and fabrication tool logs to support operations.
- Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to diagnose yield issues and support defect-reduction strategies.
- Experimentation Support: Assist engineers with Design of Experiments (DOE) planning and analysis to improve process capability and margins.
- Visualization & Communication: Develop automated reports and dashboards (e.g., Dash, Plotly, Angular) to present technical findings and project outcomes to stakeholders.
