Senior CPU Architect
Senior CPU modeling architect responsible for defining and implementing modeling architecture for RISC-V based embedded CPUs used in NVIDIA GPU and Tegra SoC. The role focuses on SystemC, QEMU, and performance models and requires collaboration with system software, system architects, and CPU architects to deliver accurate, high-quality virtual platforms.
Senior β typically 3+ years with a master's degree or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree in relevant experience; similar senior-level experience accepted.
Accountabilities include defining model architecture, building virtual platforms, and improving model performance and power efficiency.

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD candidates also welcome. Equivalent practical experience is explicitly accepted.
