Role Summary

Work on verification of networking ASICs and complex SoCs. The role is focused on developing and executing verification testbenches and test plans to ensure design quality for networking hardware. The position reports to engineering leadership and involves collaboration with design, architecture, and software teams.

Senior; requires substantial experience in ASIC verification with guidance indicating 10+ years in networking hardware verification.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities focus on verification planning, testbench development, test execution, and cross-team collaboration to improve design quality.

  • Develop and maintain verification testbenches and test infrastructure for networking SoCs.
  • Design and execute verification tests and test plans to validate functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with architects, RTL designers, firmware/software, and validation teams to triage and resolve issues.
  • Analyze failures, produce debug reports, and drive defect resolution.
  • Contribute to verification process improvements and coverage closure.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.

  • 10+ years of experience in networking hardware verification.
  • Proven experience verifying complex SoCs for networking applications.
  • Experience developing verification testbenches and executing verification plans.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work remotely and coordinate with distributed teams.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is required.
