Job Title

Senior ASIC Verification Engineer (Remote)

Role Summary

Validate complex networking SoC designs by developing and executing verification plans and environments. Work within the ASIC verification team and collaborate with RTL design, firmware, and systems teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve design issues to improve product quality.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 10+ years of experience in networking hardware verification. (The employer is also recruiting mid-level and senior verification engineers.)

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include building verification infrastructure, running tests, and working with cross-functional teams to close defects.

  • Develop and maintain verification testbenches and test environments for ASIC/SoC designs.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze verification tests; report and track issues.
  • Collaborate with RTL design, firmware, and system engineers to reproduce and resolve defects.
  • Create and maintain verification documentation, test plans, and test cases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes and infrastructure.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and relevant experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in networking hardware verification.
  • Proven expertise verifying complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs.
  • Experience developing verification testbenches and executing verification campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience with verification tooling, scripting, or automated test environments is desirable.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering required.
