Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Own verification strategy and execution for IP, subsystems, and SoCs.
• Design and implement SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches and environments.
• Create constrained-random, directed, and formal tests and properties.
• Drive metric-driven verification, coverage analysis, and closure.
• Debug RTL failures and perform root-cause analysis with designers.
• Integrate and maintain verification flows with the AI-enabled verification platform and automation tools.
• Collaborate with RTL designers, firmware, validation, and silicon bring-up teams.
• Mentor and review work from junior verification engineers.

Requirements

Must-have and nice-to-have qualifications:

• Must-have: Strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience.
• Must-have: Demonstrated metric-driven verification and coverage-closure experience.
• Must-have: Experience developing constrained-random, directed tests and formal verification properties.
• Must-have: RTL debugging experience on complex digital blocks.
• Must-have: Experience verifying IP, subsystem, or SoC components.
• Nice-to-have: Scripting skills (Python, Perl, Tcl) and automation experience.
• Nice-to-have: Background in wireless/modem domains or related communications IP.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with emulation, FPGA bring-up, or silicon validation.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with AI-enabled verification tools or platforms.
