Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain synthesizable RTL (Verilog) for ASIC designs.
• Implement and verify high-speed memory interfaces and PHY integrations.
• Create and enforce timing constraints; work with synthesis and STA flows to achieve closure.
• Perform Forward Error Correction (FEC) and Bit Error Rate (BER) calculations related to link performance.
• Integrate industry-standard and custom soft IP into top-level designs and verify system-level bandwidth.
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and system teams to resolve integration issues.
• Estimate bandwidth and resource requirements; document interface and performance trade-offs.
• Provide technical guidance and design reviews for junior engineers when required.

Requirements

• Must-have: Strong RTL design skills in Verilog for ASIC flows.
• Must-have: Experience with high-speed memory interfaces and PHY integration.
• Must-have: Proven experience with logic synthesis, timing constraints, and static timing analysis.
• Must-have: Knowledge of Forward Error Correction (FEC) concepts and Bit Error Rate (BER) analysis.
• Must-have: Experience integrating soft IP (industry-standard and custom) and performing bandwidth calculations.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with LPDDR5, UFS/Flash, and PCIe Gen4/Gen5.
