Role Summary
Work on development and validation of next-generation ASICs for space and ground infrastructure. The role focuses on designing and optimizing DFT architectures and validating test patterns to support post-silicon bring-up of complex ASICs.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include architecture, implementation, and validation of DFT for ASIC projects.
- Design and optimize DFT architectures for complex ASICs targeting space and ground applications.
- Create, validate, and maintain test patterns and testbenches for pre- and post-silicon validation.
- Support post-silicon bring-up activities, debug silicon failures, and iterate on test strategies.
- Integrate DFT flows into ASIC design and verification toolchains.
- Collaborate with design, verification, and system teams to meet testability and reliability goals.
Requirements

- Must-have: 5+ years of hands-on ASIC DFT experience.
- Must-have: Proficiency with Siemens Tessent tools (pattern generation, compression, ATPG, diagnosis).
- Must-have: Proven experience optimizing DFT architectures and validating test patterns for post-silicon bring-up.
- Must-have: Strong debugging skills and experience supporting silicon debug and failure analysis.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with space or satellite-related ASICs and familiarity with requirements for space-grade hardware.
- Nice-to-have: Experience integrating DFT into established ASIC design/verification flows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is specified.
