Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead architecture and design of RTL-to-GDS flows and tool integrations.
- Collaborate with product/R&D teams to define technical requirements and validate solutions.
- Support customer engagements, troubleshooting, and deployment of flow enhancements.
- Create and maintain automation, scripts, and documentation for implementation flows.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and applications teams.
- Participate in cross-functional reviews to ensure flow robustness and performance.

- Nice-to-have: Background in emulation, formal methods, or physical design optimization; prior leadership of technical projects or teams.
