Provide application and technical support for LED drivers, display backlighting (LCD bias) and DC–DC converter products. The role supports customers and internal teams through simulation, bench testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the product at workshops, conferences, and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide application support for LED driver, LCD bias, and DC–DC converter products to customers and internal teams.
• Perform circuit simulations, design validation, and bench testing of analog and power circuits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues including EMC and other system-level problems.
• Review and advise on schematics and PCB layouts.
• Develop technical documentation from theory to datasheet and support product releases.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and customer meetings; domestic travel up to 25%.

Requirements

Core technical and professional requirements:

• Strong system-level knowledge of LED drivers, display backlighting, and DC–DC converters.
• Experience using laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, DMM, power supplies, electronic loads, frequency analyzer) to analyze analog circuits.
• Good understanding of schematics and PCB layouts; practical board-level troubleshooting skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work across functions.
• Willingness to travel domestically (up to 25%).

Nice-to-have:

• Direct hands-on PCB design or assembly experience.
• Experience with EMC testing and mitigation.

Education Requirements

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
