Role Summary

Member of the Applications Engineering team based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The role supports customers in integrating and using Synopsys tools, resolves technical issues, and acts as a bridge between customers and internal product/R&D teams.

Work includes direct customer engagement, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and contributing customer feedback to improve products.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product usage and integration.
• Reproduce, diagnose, and resolve customer issues; escalate to development when necessary.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and evaluations for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and sales to address customer needs and prioritize fixes.
• Collect and document customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in applications engineering, customer support, or similar technical customer-facing role.
