Role Summary
Customer-facing engineering role responsible for enabling customers to use Lattice programmable logic devices and associated tools. Works with customers, FAEs, distributors and internal teams to debug device/IP/software issues, create demos and reference designs, produce technical documentation, evaluate software releases, and deliver training and presentations.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Resolve device, IP, and software issues through debugging, simulation, and direct customer engagement.
- Create, debug, and enhance customer demos and reference designs for devices and evaluation boards.
- Develop and maintain technical publications such as datasheets, user guides, and application notes.
- Evaluate and test new software releases and provide feedback to development teams.
- Support product definition by capturing customer requirements and use cases.
- Deliver trainings, seminars, webinars, and presentations for customers, FAEs, and distributor partners.
Requirements
Key required skills and capabilities:
- Proven ability to debug device/IP/software issues and run simulations.
- Experience developing demos, reference designs, or evaluation-board examples.
- Strong technical writing skills for creating datasheets, user guides, and application notes.
- Experience testing and evaluating software releases.
- Customer-facing communication skills and experience delivering technical training or presentations.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with FPGA/programmable-logic devices and evaluation boards.
- Prior work with FAEs, distributors, or in semiconductor product support roles.
