Senior Analog/mixed-signal IC Design Engineer - Acacia
Work in the Mixed-signal IC design group to architect, design, layout, measure and productize ultra-deep sub-micron CMOS analog and mixed-signal circuits for optical transceivers (100Gβ1T). The team collaborates with digital/DSP, system, package and module teams to integrate AMS blocks into ASICs. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the San Jose, CA office.

Minimum: BSEE with 12+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years, or equivalent practical experience. Field: Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline; equivalent experience accepted.
U.S./Canada starting salary range listed: $191,400 to $281,400 (base pay range for these locations; does not include incentive pay, equity or benefits). Individual pay varies by location, experience and other factors.
