Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer / Lead
Role Summary
Lead the design and delivery of analog and mixed-signal hardware products, including integrated circuits and related subsystems. Provide technical leadership across projects, make design decisions for complex issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive product development from concept to production.
This role combines hands-on circuit design with project leadership, mentoring of junior engineers, and cross-functional coordination to ensure reliable, manufacturable products.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include leading technical design activities, driving project delivery, and mentoring team members.
- Lead design and delivery of new analog/mixed-signal products and processes.
- Design, evaluate, and develop electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry for production.
- Assess reliability of materials, properties, and production techniques; drive design for manufacturability.
- Manage complex technical projects and act as escalation point for difficult issues.
- Provide technical direction, coach and mentor junior engineers, and influence cross-functional priorities.
- Define methods and procedures for new assignments and consult with management on long-range goals.
- Network with internal and external technical contacts to resolve complex problems.
Requirements

- Expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design and debugging.
- Proven project management skills and experience leading major design efforts.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using broad concepts and sound engineering judgment.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and leading engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort determining methods and priorities for new technical assignments.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience across complementary fields such as packaging, optical systems, DSP, or mechanical integration.
- Familiarity with product reliability assessment and production readiness activities.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years related experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years related experience; or PhD with 3+ years related experience. Post-graduate coursework may be desirable. (Degrees and experience guidelines extracted from the posting.)
