Senior Analog Design Engineer

Role Summary

This role involves being an individual contributor and technical leader in the development of analog and power ICs, particularly focusing on power management ICs such as voltage regulators and power converters. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ICs into larger systems, working on advanced PMIC technologies.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with 2-5 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• Leading the design of power management ICs, focusing on various analog and power blocks.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges and risks.
• Overseeing the development and integration of complex IPs including charge pumps, LDOs, and temperature sensors.
• Designing control loops to meet target performance specifications.
• Conducting analog layout design and verification.
• Developing design flows and methodologies to ensure design quality.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design.
• Strong understanding of complex analog designs with full ownership.
• Willingness to explore, learn, and take ownership of tasks.
