Role Summary
The Senior Analog/AMS Verification Engineer will collaborate closely with global design and verification teams, contributing to the verification efforts and methodologies for advanced memory architectures.
Experience Level
Senior-level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Analog, Digital, and/or AMS verification.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Guide and set the direction for the verification effort within your areas of expertise.
- Provide verification support by simulating and analyzing pre-silicon full chip designs.
- Develop Test cases/Stimulus to increase functional coverage for HBM and emerging memory technologies.
- Participate in developing verification methodologies and environments for complex products.
- Collaborate with international colleagues on crafting new verification flows.
- Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors, and run regressions for coverage analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills include:
- 5+ years experience in Analog, Digital, and/or AMS verification.
- Proficiency with SPICE simulations.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits concepts.
- Analytical capabilities for CMOS and/or gate level circuit designs.
- Good understanding of timing closure and/or Static Timing Analysis (STA).
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in HBM, DRAM, SRAM, or related memory fields is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field is required.
