Lead technical engagement with strategic customers across North America to promote Siemens' Questa One platform (simulation, debug, coverage, static analysis, formal, functional safety, and VIP). Work within the Sales/Software organization to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes.

This is a hybrid, customer-facing role that requires regular travel (25–50%) to customer sites; candidates are sought in the Wilsonville, OR or Austin, TX metro areas.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on technical strategy, customer engagement, and converting technical wins into business growth.

  • Collaborate with field technical leaders to define and execute account-level go-to-market and technical strategies.
  • Drive account-specific technical campaigns from discovery through delivery and success measurement.
  • Partner with Account Managers to align technical engagements with sales objectives and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Develop trust with key customer stakeholders and act as a strategic technical advisor on verification solutions and flows.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to position Siemens solutions effectively.
  • Travel 25–50% across North America for customer and team meetings.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and account-facing experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in EDA or IC functional verification.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital simulation, coverage, formal techniques, CDC analysis, and verification IP (VIP).
  • Proven track record in technical sales, presales, or account-facing engineering roles.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, campaign execution, customer engagement, communication, planning, and leadership.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • Position may be subject to U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR); U.S. Person status or export license may be required.
