Role Summary
Join Siemens EDA's R&D team in Seongnam to develop advanced optical proximity correction (OPC) modeling and simulation technologies for semiconductor manufacturing.
The role focuses on delivering scalable modeling platforms, database-backed product workflows, high-performance and distributed computing capabilities, and user interfaces by translating modeling challenges into robust software solutions.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, and delivering software components that support modeling, simulation, and engineering workflows.
- Develop and maintain modeling and simulation software for OPC workflows.
- Implement clean, maintainable code in Python and/or C/C++ within a collaborative engineering team.
- Design and integrate database-backed product workflows and large-scale data processing components.
- Develop high-performance and distributed computing solutions for scalable model execution.
- Create or improve user interfaces for engineering and scientific applications.
- Work with product, engineering, and research teams to define technical direction and deliverables.
- Translate complex modeling challenges into practical software features and improved user workflows.
Requirements
