Role Summary

Configure and support KLA Reticle Decision Center (RDC) software used in semiconductor manufacturing. Work directly with customer engineering teams and internal KLA engineering and product groups to deploy, maintain, and improve application performance and recipes.

Experience Level

Entry-level. Suitable for candidates with approximately 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include customer-facing application configuration, support, and product feedback.

• Configure and support RDC software applications in collaboration with customer and KLA engineering teams.
• Respond to customer requests and provide clear, timely support and communication.
• Continuously improve software recipes and application performance based on operational understanding.
• Gather and communicate requirements for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to engineering; drive product development processes.
• Analyze customer production workflows, identify gaps or challenges, and recommend areas for further collaboration.

• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing workflows and production requirements (preferred).

Education Requirements

Master's level degree (with 0 years related work experience) OR Bachelor's level degree with 2 years related work experience. Fields of study not specified; no certifications or explicit equivalent-experience language provided.
