Role Summary
The R&D Hardware Engineer will design and develop high-speed analog circuits for wireline transceivers. The role involves working on circuit design, conducting tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and evaluate electronic components and circuitry.
- Specialize in high-speed analog circuit design.
- Determine design approaches and analyze equipment data.
- Conduct experimental tests and evaluate results.
- Select components based on specifications and reliability.
- Review vendor capabilities to support product development.
- Use CAD tools for layout/design work.
- Build productive working relationships internally and externally.
Requirements
Must have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience with high-speed ADC and DAC design.
- Knowledge of PLL design and high linealities in Low-Noise TIAs.
- Background in equalization techniques and clock/data recovery circuits.
- Proficient in CAD tools for electronics design.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
