Responsibilities

The role involves technical leadership across architecture, design, verification, and integration of DDR memory IP.

• Define and own DDR controller/PHY architecture and micro-architecture for target products.
• Drive RTL design reviews, timing closure considerations, and performance optimization.
• Develop verification strategy and supervise validation activities (functional, performance, and system-level).
• Collaborate with SoC integration, timing/signoff, and signal-integrity teams to ensure correct integration.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and coordinate cross-functional design efforts.
• Produce clear design documentation, specifications, and implementation plans.
