Role Summary
The prospective employee will specialize in high-speed analog circuit design for wireline transceivers. They will be responsible for designing and developing hardware products, evaluating reliability of materials and techniques used in production, and planning and developing electronic components and systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware for high-speed analog circuits.
- Evaluate materials and techniques for product reliability.
- Plan and design electronic parts and systems including DSP systems.
- Assist junior staff and coordinate with third parties as needed.
- Provide regular updates to management on project statuses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, Master's degree and 3+ years, or PhD with no experience.
- Strong understanding of high-speed ADC, DAC, PLL, TIA, and laser driver designs.
- Expertise with circuit layout in advanced process nodes (2nm to 7nm CMOS FinFet).
- Proficient with EM tools like HFSS and DSP knowledge.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required; a Master's or PhD is preferred.
