Role Summary

Project Manager supporting product development programs in the Advanced Cellular Group. Responsible for coordinating schedule, deliverables, communication, and risk management to enable successful new product development.

Works with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, test, supply chain, marketing, and business to track progress and resolve issues.

Experience Level

Professional; 0–2 years of relevant experience (entry/early-career).

Responsibilities

Manage program execution details to keep development projects on schedule and deliver required phase-gate artifacts.

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and action item trackers.
• Prepare meeting materials, lead project meetings, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate follow-up actions across engineering, operations, quality, test, supply chain, marketing, and business teams.
• Track project risks and issues, maintain project documentation, and escalate when necessary.
• Support adherence to the Qorvo Product Development Process and timely delivery of phase-gate deliverables.
• Align customer expectations and business priorities through organized communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase program predictability and delivery speed.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience for successful execution of the role.

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, product development, manufacturing, or a related technical/business environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating schedules, action items, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships, align stakeholders, and support collaborative problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Customer-facing communication skills and strong ownership mindset.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required.

Preferred Qualifications

Nice-to-have skills and domain knowledge.

• Exposure to Microsoft Project, SAP, SharePoint, or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of RF, semiconductor manufacturing, or structured product development processes.
