Role Summary

Responsible for planning, scheduling and delivering GPU hardware projects within Arm's Central Engineering GPU Group, working with cross-site engineering teams in Trondheim and globally. The role focuses on ensuring on-spec, on-time product deliveries and coordinating multi-year development efforts.

No relocation package is available. If visa sponsorship is required, Arm will cover sponsorship costs for the employee only; any spouse/dependant fees are the candidate's responsibility.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include project definition, planning, execution and cross-site coordination.

  • Define project scope, schedule and deliverables; plan and execute against committed deadlines.

  • Track, monitor and control project activities across locations and disciplines.
  • Identify and manage internal dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead and motivate teams locally and globally; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Provide concise reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Experience with schedule management and delivering features over extended time periods.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with hardware/software development flows, processes and practices.
  • Experience leading organizational change across large teams.
  • Automotive product development experience, including functional safety standards and automotive quality requirements.
