- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Analyzing project performance and ensuring quality assurance.
- Empowering team members and resolving conflicts to achieve project goals.
- Providing updates to management and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or related fields.
- Proven experience managing customer expectations.
- Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Experience with quality management processes.
- Ability to use tools in a Linux environment.
Education Requirements
A degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent is required.
