Role Summary

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver Memory Interface Silicon IP projects for global customers. Act as the primary product-line representative and main point of contact for stakeholders, managing scope, schedule, quality, and customer communications across the project lifecycle.

This role combines technical understanding of SOC/ASIC/Silicon IP with project leadership and stakeholder management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Experience Level

Senior — the posting specifies 5+ years of relevant semiconductor experience; managerial experience and prior work with SOC/ASIC/Silicon IP is expected.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver Memory Interface Silicon IP projects from planning through completion. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, customer engineering) to meet project goals and timelines.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, milestones, and resource needs; maintain and track project plans.
• Serve as primary internal and external point of contact; report status to customers and management.
• Coordinate development priorities and feature enhancements with R&D and product teams.
• Monitor project performance, quality assurance, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Provide regular updates and ensure transparency across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Must-have technical and professional requirements (education items summarized separately below):

• Proven background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies; experience maintaining detailed project plans and schedules.
• Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
• Comfortable using tools in a Linux environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership skills: team empowerment, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience managing customer expectations and formal customer communications.

Education Requirements

Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
