Project Engineering Management, Staff Engineer

Role Summary

Manage and drive front-end (FE) projects for Mixed-Signal semiconductor IP (MSIP). Lead project planning, scheduling, cross-functional coordination, and delivery for one or multiple MSIP product lines.

Collaborate with Product Engineering Management (PEM), R&D, circuit (CKT) and design integration (DI) teams; engage with Sales and Marketing on customer quotes and support when required.

Experience Level

Senior-level. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in SoC/IP or ASIC flows.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define and maintain project requirements, schedules, status reports, and tracking.
• Coordinate with R&D teams to plan new developments, product updates, and enhancements.
• Evaluate and manage change requests and assess technical and schedule impacts.
• Work with CKT and DI teams to resolve integration and technical issues.
• Support Sales and Marketing for customer quotations and provide technical customer support.
• Ensure adherence to quality management processes and proper project documentation.
• Use standard project management tools to plan, track, and communicate progress.
• Facilitate decision-making and mediate conflicts to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred qualifications:

• Must-have: 8+ years' experience in SoC/IP or ASIC flow.
• Preferred: Program or project management experience and familiarity with standard project management tools.
• Preferred: Knowledge of or experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure, learn quickly, and work independently.
