Project Analyst
Role Summary
The Project Analyst will support project planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination for Marvell's Custom Compute & Storage (CCS) business unit. The role focuses on operational planning, analytics, dashboarding, and ensuring data integrity for pre-silicon hardware projects.
Experience Level
Senior — 7+ years of experience supporting hardware (pre-silicon) projects.
Responsibilities
Support program operations, produce analytics and dashboards, and act as a liaison between engineering and support teams.
- Participate in planning meetings; collect and translate WBS/work-assignment data into internal tracking tools.
- Maintain assignment tracking, internal portals, and projections; create progress indicators for effort, schedule and technical KPIs.
- Own onboarding and offboarding activities for temporary resources.
- Analyze forecast vs actuals for resources, tools and IT capacity; identify issues and generate actionable insights.
- Produce monthly and weekly dashboards covering execution trends, capacity metrics and vendor performance.
- Perform retrospective analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as an interface between engineering teams and vendor, IT, tools and support functions; escalate and coordinate crisis management when required.
- Maintain project management data, automate reporting and ensure report data integrity; apply AI/automation tools to improve productivity.
Requirements
Must-have technical and interpersonal skills to support complex hardware projects.

Must have: 7+ years supporting hardware (pre-silicon) projects.

Must have: Proficiency in Power BI and advanced MS Excel skills.

Must have: Advanced data analysis skills (Power BI, SQL, VBA) and familiarity with Python.

Must have: Experience with project tracking tools and creating automated dashboards and reports.

Must have: Strong verbal and presentation skills, proactive and analytical mindset, and high-level English.

Must have: Eligibility to access export-controlled technology/information as required by applicable law.

Nice to have: Experience with Seatable, vendor performance metrics, IT/tools coordination, and prior use of AI/automation for reporting.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce.
