Role Summary
Lead and manage customer-facing silicon IP programs from planning through delivery. The role coordinates global engineering, sales, and support teams to deliver IP and related services for analog and digital SoC designs, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder reporting.
This role focuses on reliable program execution and continuous improvement of program management processes.
Experience Level
Senior — typically 10+ years of relevant industry experience in analog and digital SoC design and program management.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary customer contact for IP programs and manage customer expectations.
- Define, track, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and align global cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support) to meet program goals.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical and program risks to reduce delivery risk.
- Report program status and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Improve program management processes and drive best practices.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve performance and adoption of processes.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills:
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor, SoC, or IP program roles.
- Practical expertise in SoC design and IC manufacturing processes.
- Proven program management skills managing complex technical projects.
- Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams and to improve delivery processes.
Education Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
