Role Summary

Manage end-to-end program delivery for EDA-related software and system solutions. Partner with engineering, customer support, and cross-geography teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases from prototype through production.

Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee programs that coordinate multiple software and engineering teams, with emphasis on quality, schedule, and cross-team alignment.

• Plan and execute programs with clear schedules, milestones, and quality targets.
• Drive completion of deliverables and respond to customer quality feedback.
• Create and maintain project artifacts: schedules, resource forecasts, risk and issue logs.
• Coordinate across geographies and teams to align stakeholders and dependencies.
• Track chip/product lifecycle from planning and prototype to production release.
• Provide status reporting and dashboards; surface cross-team dependencies and progress views.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
• Manage crises and urgent issues with a sense of urgency and strong ownership.

Requirements

• Proven program/project management experience in software development or engineering organizations.
• Track record of delivering complex software programs and coordinating customer-facing activities.
• Experience with device drivers, firmware, graphics technology, and SoC product development.
• Demonstrated cross-geography coordination and horizontal/matrix leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support global teams (Asia and North America emphasis).

Nice-to-have:

• Agile development experience or certification.
• People management experience (desirable).

Education Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is desired. PMP certification is required. The posting specifies 8+ years of program management experience in EDA or related companies.
