Role Summary

Manage program activities across new product development, low-rate initial production (LRIP), manufacturing handoff, and production execution for Aerospace & Defense multi-function modules. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance and Quality to drive schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Experience Level

Entry-level / Associate — requires a minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience in an engineering or technical development environment.

Responsibilities

Lead program execution and coordination across functional teams to meet milestones, cost targets, and quality standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules; track progress and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate activities across NPD, LRIP preparation, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp.
• Monitor program financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Serve as primary cross-functional point of contact and support customer communications as needed.
• Facilitate engineering and manufacturing reviews and other internal meetings to improve execution.
• Prepare and deliver regular program status reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, cost targets, and quality expectations during production execution.

Requirements

Must-have skills, security, and work-authorization requirements.

• 2+ years program/project management experience in an engineering or technical development environment.
• Foundational knowledge of program management: scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and procurement support.
• Experience with financial tracking, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication; experience preparing presentations for internal stakeholders and supporting customer discussions.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with microwave module assembly and test methods; defense industry experience; exposure to FAR-regulated contracting; active Secret clearance.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related technical field is required.
